Ordered this cake a month before my boyfriend's birthday. But really disappointed about the product and the service. I chose delivery time from 7pm-9pm, but it was delivered very early, and my boyfriend was not home then. but delivery guy did not contact my boyfriend, he took the cake back without asking my boyfriend's opinion. this is really unforgivable and ridiculous, birthday cake has its special timing, how could the delivery guy take the cake back when it was supposed to be delivered on that day? Not even mention, the delivery guy did not contact to ask if it's ok to leave it on the door. so, with a day's delay, not surprised the cake is a little damaged. The eyes on strwberries and puffs fell down. First time purchasing on this platform and it would be the last time too.
