ご注文の締め切りは商品利用日より3日前までです。以降の注文のご相談やご不明点などに関しては、support@cake.jpへご連絡をお願いいたします。
商品のご注文は「道後の宿 葛城へ予約完了後」にお願いいたします。商品の変更・キャンセルにつきましては「製造前・発送前」の場合のみ承ります。その後のケーキ代金の返金はできませんので、ご了承ください。 また、注文後に製造するオーダーメイド等の一部商品につきまして、変更を承ることが出来ない場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。【基本送料は全国一律 1,000円です】

3種類の生クリームを配合したオリジナル生クリームは、口当たりの良さがポイント。
乳化剤使用しない、焼き上げのスポンジはフワフワ！生クリームとの組み合わせも抜群です。
【生クリームへのこだわり】
生クリームは通常乳脂を高めるほど濃厚な味になりますが、冷凍への対応は難しくなります。（ひび割れます）
乳脂を下げて、植物性の生クリームを混ぜていけば、冷凍対応性は上がります。しかし、乳脂を下げれば淡白な味になってしまいます。
冷凍対応性を追求した上で、冷蔵ケーキの生クリームを目指すために、3種類の違った生クリームを配合することに行きつきました。
その結果、冷凍して冷蔵しても、ひび割れにくく、変化の少ない生クリームを実現しました。
【スポンジへのこだわり】
スポンジは保存料である乳化剤を使用していません。
通常スポンジは乳化剤を利用することで作り置きが出来ます。
しかし、卵本来の風味を生かすため、乳化剤を使用せず前日夜に焼き上げたものを常温保存庫で冷まして使っています。
ケーキの原点であるショートケーキだからこそ、妥協はできません。
