The cake arrived smashed and it looks like it was frozen that way because the creams are all over the box, that wouldnt have happened if it was smashed in delivery.
very disappointing!
my daughter will be very upset to get such a cake for her birthday.
looking at reviews I see it is not the first time it happens, I should have checked before!
I tried adding the picture but couldnt.
