They will not let you cancel the order once placed. I called two days before the delivery date and still could not cancel it. The cakes are frozen cakes and came from really far. As with anything once frozen the cake did not taste good. When you pay close to 6000 yen for a small cake I at least expect grocery store level quality. This was not that.
